synopsis: A spaceship crash-lands on an unknown world full of dinosaurs, and the only two survivors must try to escape before it's too late.

impressions: Pretty good. the main protagonist has his own issues, but puts them aside to try and save the young girl. There's technology passively sprinkled throughout the movie (used sparingly, so that explanations of how things work aren't necessary) and there's plenty of dinosaur action.

acting: Adam Driver (who I can't help but compare to Keanu Reeves, both in appearance and acting style) is the pilot of the crashed ship. Ariana Greenblatt is the girl who's the only other survivor, and who doesn't speak English.

final word: A dinosaur film with a different premise, worth seeing.
