synopsis: A Navy SEAL team takes on various missions as they try to stop a terrorist.

impressions: This is probably the most realistic SEAL action movie ever made, as it features actual SEALs who no doubt advised with every aspect of the plot and action. It's good stuff, showing not only their skill and toughness but also their tactics. The fictional bad guys and their scheme are convincing and scary.

acting: The SEALs weren't acting - this is what they do most days out of the year. The guy who played the main terrorist was ruthless and dangerous.

final word: This is the next best thing to accompanying SEALs on a mission.
