impressions: This was one of six short fan films made in 2019, to mark the 40th anniversary of the original movie. At just under 11 minutes long, this one deals with some sort of soil technician and her dog who are trapped in a work area with an alien egg.

acting: Jolene Andersen is the trapped woman.

final word: Good suspenseful short film in the spirit of this franchise.
