The A-Team: Timber!

episode synopsis: The team helps a small logging company that's being forced out of business by a bigger one.

impressions: I guess this was the lumberjack episode. Notable things: B.A. gets a kid to follow him around and imitate him, world's dumbest bad guys (they light a truck on fire RIGHT NEXT TO a gas pump!) And yet again, we see bad guys who directly try to kill someone (they topple a tree right on top of Murdock) yet the team takes it easy on them later. Urgh.

notable guest star: None who I recognized.

what the team builds in this episode: An armor-plated tractor with a gas-powered cannon that shoots 2x4s. No, I'm not making this up.

Hannibal wisecrack highlight: He refuses to be intimidated by the bad guys when they first meet - he even throws the first punch. Also, this good quote upon finding a box of dynamite while they're building at the end: "Oh, praise the Lord."

B.A. toughness highlight: Lifts a huge tree off of Murdock's leg, also tosses burly bad-guy loggers around and chainsaws through a cabin's wall.

Murdock insanity highlight: Acts like a captured military spy while being broken out of the hospital, then hunts for Bigfoot in the woods.

Face scam highlight: Convinces the nurses at the military hospital that Murdock's a top-secret prisoner, later convinces a truck-rental guy that one of his trucks is infested with wood lice and needs to be driven away.
