episode synopsis: The team is mistaken for mercenaries and gets "hired" to help a scumbag run off some good people from land with oil beneath it.

impressions: This one was pretty good; the team ends up helping a fellow veteran in need, more or less. For the second consecutive episode, someone actually died, albeit offscreen. Also, B.A. got shot in the shoulder in a fight.

notable guest star: Red West (who played the old guy who rents his barn to Patrick Swayze in Road House) is a henchman here. Tall skinny sinister-looking Anthony James is a mercenary here.

what the team builds in this episode: nothing

Hannibal wisecrack highlight: Smokes in the main bad guy's office and taunts him.

B.A. toughness highlight: Gets shot but keeps on fighting.

Murdock insanity highlight: Acts insane so the bad guys will think he's Insane Wayne.

Face scam highlight: Pretends he's checking the mercenaries' truck for radiation, and tricks them into turning around.
