synopsis: Austin Powers must foil another evil plot by the aptly-named Dr. Evil and his cronies.
impressions: It made me laugh - in particular, watch for any part where you see a dual-celled rocket taking off or flying. The plot (such as it was) was a bit lamer than the original's plot, which bothered me.
acting: Mike Myers has found his niche in the acting world. Heather Graham was simply luscious to watch.
final word: Funny and entertaining.
