Brooklyn Nine-Nine, season 6 (18 episodes)

release year: 2019
genre: TV comedy series
viewing setting: home Bluray, 4/21-30/2023

synopsis: This series follows the misadventures of a team of detectives in Brooklyn.

impressions: This season mostly revolves around who will be the new commissioner, but also features one character leaving, the debate about whether or not to have kids, another Halloween Heist that goes even further over the top, and further episodes showcasing the problems that some people face due to discrimination.

acting: As mentioned before, I won't repeat all the things I've said before about the various characters. It's a good group and they've really come together as a funny and commencted ensemble cast. I will finally voice my extreme dislike of the Gina character (played by Chelsea Peretti) - for some reason I can't stand her, the things she says, and the things she does.

final word: Good light police comedy show that's consistently funny and has formed long-term staying power after six seasons.
