synopsis: Through narration and interview footage, this documentary discusses the history of the SEALs, from the WWII UDT days to modern times.

impressions: This was pretty thorough. In addition to great structure and narration, it also had a ton of footage of older SEALs, including some who fought in World War II and Vietnam, and others who played a major role in the way things developed. Many of these guys have sadly passed on since this documentary was made, but we have footage to know and remember them by.

final word: Very well-done documentary, worthy of any collection on this topic.
