impressions: This is a really great and inspiring account of how this kid from a small country persevered through numerous things, kept following his dream, and ended up getting a shot with one of the greatest bands ever. It is alternately told from the perspective of the band members and Arnel Pineda himself. I learned all sorts of things I didn't know, like how you have to tune up your vocal cords before singing. This was just really fun to watch, and even more so if you're a fan of Journey.

acting: n/a but there is a substantial amount of interview-style footage here, and a lot of great music as wel

final word: Essential viewing for Journey fans, or anyone who likes a great, inspiring story.
