synopsis: In a post-apocalyptic world, a rare fertile man is pressed into service by the government.

impressions: I'd seen this in the late 1980s but remembered nothing. It actually wasn't bad at all - I found it fairly entertaining. Not only does this guy have to wear a special chastity belt that opens when someone decides he needs to get to work, but he also has to go into the frog-mutant-ruled town to rescue the women.

acting: Roddy Piper does a good job as a worn-out fighter type who still does the right thing. Sandahl Bergman is the main nurse/commander of the mission. Cec Verrell is a female Rambo soldier type. William Smith is a treacherous military officer.

final word: Semi-goofy wasteland action from the 80s.
