impressions: This one focused on a guy who started off with noble intentions but kind of turned evil. I didn't feel that the series had yet hit its stride here, but it was on its way.

other immortals: Kiem Sun, who wants to perfect his formula no matter what the cost

notable guest stars: Kiem Sun is played by Soon-Tek Oh, who had a long career in films and television and to me was perhaps best remembered as the evil Vietnamese officer in Missing in Action 2: The Beginning
