Lewis and Clark: Great Journey West

release year: 2002
genre: documentary
viewing setting: IMAX theater, 3/22/03

synopsis: This is an IMAX documentary detailing one of the great explorations of America.

impressions: This was pretty good. It wasn't a real movie as far as acting goes, but that's why there was such excellent narration. The film was thrilling and invoked a sense of adventure; these people overcame great odds and perils with far less advantages than people today could possibly imagine.

acting: Not really applicable, but they did good jobs and the costumes/mannerisms were realistic.

final word: A worthy adventure documentary.
