episode synopsis: After helping train the first female astronaut, Steve leads a rescue mission when an explosion damages her capsule and injures her crewmate.

impressions: Bionics in space! This was a really good one, with spaceflight and Skylab and an operation in space, and also some problems with Steve's bionics once he's up there. Like the last few episodes, this one had Steve being forced to reveal his superhuman capabilities to yet another person in a moment of crisis.

notable guest star: Farrah Fawcett-Majors (Lee Majors' wife at the time) co-stars as the female astronaut.

significant bionic antics: Steve deflects a heavy falling light, opens a stuck hatch, and uses his strength to make repairs to Skylab and a space capsule.
