episode synopsis: A space capsule containing a mysterious experiment crashes in some wilderness, and Steve has to help find it and deal with whatever's inside.
impressions: They managed to work a plane into this one too, though it was a military cargo plane. There was also a space capsule. This episode was basically Steve against a wild man (whose strength was boosted via an experimental serum) and there were some good chases and fights. There were also some interesting discussions on the topic of being a human experiment and if it's worth the risks. Of note in this episode: female space suit with high heels in the boots...one has to wonder why.
notable guest star: Mike Farrell, best known as Captain Hunnicutt on the M*A*S*H* TV series, was the wild man.
significant bionic antics: Steve forces shut a space capsule's door, uses his arm to power some kind of medical process, and fights a foe with superhuman strength. He also uses his eye in a new way: to track heat signature while chasing somebody.
