episode synopsis: Steve befriends, and tries to help, a young street punk with some problems.
impressions: Bionic Big Brother. Steve takes a real interest in the kid and his problems, helping and providing a positive role model as needed. I thought it was interesting that the character's name was Carlos Delgado, and the last episode featured Steve using the alias "Steve Avery" - both of those fictional names also belonged, in real life, to baseball stars 2-3 decades later.
notable guest stars: None who were familiar to me.
significant bionic antics: Steve uses his arm to deflect a flowerpot dropped from a balcony above, sprints across town to stop a robbery, and cheats in a basketball game after the opponents cheat repeatedly.
