episode synopsis: Steve must figure out why a comedian has been targeted by some unknown bad guys.

impressions: Another stupid episode featuring technology with great potential being under-utilized by the bad guys. Also, it was an excuse to get another guest-star onto the show.

notable guest stars: Comedian Flip Wilson, who I honestly didn't find to be very funny at all, plays the comedian and also an African leader.

significant bionic antics: At least Steve gets to do a lot here. He spots a lookout on a faraway roof, blocks a pool cue with his arm, crushes several pool balls in his bare hand, fights off multiple bad guys on multiple occasions, jumps out of a construction pit, and bends steel bars.
