episode synopsis: Steve pretends to have an underwater breathing device in order to catch a spy.

impressions: This one had a convoluted plot that I really didn't understand. It seemed to have something to do with a master spy ("Omega") who preyed on other spies, stealing their work and taking their profits. I was very much bored while watching this episode.

notable guest stars: None that I recognized.

significant bionic antics: There's not much here. Steve's bionics fail due to a modification made by Rudy for the plot.
