episode synopsis: As the evil scientist increases the weather to hurricane levels, Steve and Jaime are the only hope to reach his island and stop him before it's too late.
impressions: Part 3 of 3, in which the bionic duo work well as a team, overcoming winds and rain and floods (and Fembots) to stop the madman. If anything, they were too compassionate - despite being old and obviously insane, the guy was dangerous, and should have been executed. But that wouldn't have flown on mid-1970s prime-time TV.
notable guest stars: John Houseman is the bad scientist. Jack Colvin did not appear in this third part as the evil foreign agent.
significant bionic antics: Steve and Jaime fight Fembots, and Jaime actually stops one with a well-thrown rock. They also run through wind and rain and a flood and race past lightning strikes.
