The Six Million Dollar Man: Task Force

episode synopsis: Steve goes undercover as a mercenary to stop the theft of a missile.

impressions: This one was pretty good. They didn't waste much time with setup - Steve has already infiltrated the mercenary group, and the whole episode is about him training with them and trying to figure out what they're up to. And the mercenaries actually train for the types of things they'll be doing during the mission.

notable guest stars: Jennifer Darling is Oscar's secretary, who is forced to step in and be Steve's backup and does a fairly good job in the field. Actor Alex Cord (perhaps most notable for his "Archangel" role in Airwolf) is the main bad guy here.

significant bionic antics: Steve breaks a brick, dodges/throws a couple of karate attackers, throws someone up into a tree, jumps up onto a roof, breaks open a padlock with his hand, throws a baseball really far to deliver a message, rips out a generator cable, leaps over a fence, spots Oscar in his helicopter from the ground, spots some guys about to detonate the bomb in his car, and chases down the main bad guys' car.
