episode synopsis: Steve is framed for what seems like an impossible crime, so he has to resort to unusual methods to figure out what's going on.

impressions: This was a magic/mystic episode, complete with a fortune teller who's not what she appears to be, and twins with weird psychic powers. It definitely kept me guessing, and actually, the twins' plan made good sense and should have been considered in some form by OSI. And Steve recruits a magician friend to help him out. All in all, this was just a weird episode.

significant bionic antics: Steve throws a rock into an electrified fence, jumps up to a window, crushes a pistol, and a few other things.
