episode synopsis: Steve joins a roller derby team whose owner is about to sell some secret.

impressions: This was a good caper-type episode that was actually part roller-derby, part Halloween, and part heist. Steve is forced to unwillingly help carry out the scheme. One thing: the woman shouldn't have to face charges - she didn't do anything and wasn't aware of the plot.

notable guest stars: Robert Loggia is the criminal mastermind. Rick Springfield is a bad guy who gets taken out of the scheme early on.

significant bionic antics: Steve does some bionic roller skating, fights bad guys, leaps up to avoid bad guys, kicks out a van tire, then rips off the van door.
