episode synopsis: Steve must convince a Russian scientist to defect with his anti-equilibrium device.

impressions: This was the wing-walking episode (that's when people get out and ride on the outside of a plane.) Steve pretends to be a cowboy-type to make friends with the Russian, who doesn't want anyone to use his device and just wants his wife back. Oscar has a red phone on his desk, and I've figured out that it's a direct line to Steve, wherever Steve happens to be (car, or in this case, plane.) It's magic!

significant bionic antics: Steve hurls a sleeping bag to knock some bad guys down, outruns a small plane, leaps off a cliff and then back up, leaps over a fence, and kicks a pile of empty metal drums.
