A Walk to Remember

synopsis: A high school kid who's used to acting up and is headed nowhere falls in love with a girl who's his opposite.

impressions: It's a good love story with some twists, and I don't want to spoil it for you. I'll just say that if you think you have problems, watch this movie and you should realize that your problems pale in comparison to some peoples', and that with a little motivaton and effort, you should be able to solve your problems.

something this movie has that no other movie has: A kid jumping into a pool and landing face-first.

acting: Mandy Moore is the girl, and Shane West is the guy. Peter Coyote is her father (who's a reverend) and Daryl Hannah is the guy's mother.

final word: Good serious romantic drama.
