Wall-E

release year: 2008
genre: animated drama/adventure
viewing setting: home DVD, 2/17/09

synopsis: In the far future, a salvage robot left on a barren, junk-filled Earth has a series of adventures that ultimately result in the descendants of humanity re-discovering their homeworld.

impressions: This was a good adventure movie which made do for the longest time without any human beings. It was different, and entertaining, and had some subtle criticism of how our society could end up.

something this movie has that no other movie has: A little plant that survives numerous traumas, including being in outer space.

acting: There wasn't much real acting, the humans' parts were simply voiced.

final word: Good entertainment for adults and kids alike.
