impressions: This 47-minute episode - the longest yet - is the beginning of another foray into the wilderness, during which she builds a kick-ass treehouse. It starts off with her wandering back down the road (and with the town in the background) seen last time, but it doesn't take long for her to find some trees between which she intends to build a treehouse. In short order (and as the dog sleeps and the monkey falls off of a roll of twine) she's cut down dozens of branches, build a ladder, and used the ladder to cut notches high up in the trees. Then she fastens a few of the branches, and uses that as a base to attach more. Before you can say "why's the monkey sleeping in the dog's crotch?" she's built a solid platform ten feet off the ground. But the fun doesn't stop there - she makes some rails and uses them to get her walls and roof moved up onto the platform, and then puts it all together. When the pets are brought up, the dog looks really confused, like it might walk off the edge. She uses her tarp as a roof, builds a fire-platform that won't burn the wood of her treehouse, and then cooks some sausages over the fire. The dog happily eats some, but the monkey won't try it. And then they go to sleep, except later the monkey is awake and staring off into the night.
