synopsis: This Youtube channel shares videos of a woman roaming the jungle and building, killing, cooking, and eating things.
impressions: This 32-minute episode continues the 7-part arc. She nurses the monkey back to health, builds a water container that looks like a tiki torch holder, and then builds a fucking crossbow. Meanwhile, the dog sleeps as is its lot in life. Some strips of tree bark are obtained and boiled (they look like pasta) and she passes that time by making bolts for her crossbow. And then...two mysteries that confused me are solved. First, the bark wasn't pasta; she uses it to make the string for her crossbow. Doh. Second, the water container thing is a trap to catch small marine life (which are then prepped and cooked.) The monkey eats seafood (while nestled in the dog's crotch) yet somehow the dog doesn't want to try any, and instead rolls over and goes back to sleep. The woman then sets up a camera outside her hut and goes to sleep. But wait! A big-ass lizard shows up in the night and roams around outside the camp. And the dog wakes up and comes outside and starts barking. And then the woman comes out with a knife and wanders around. I can't help but feel that things could easily have turned out worse here.
