impressions: This 23-minute episode is part 6 of the 7-part trip arc, and as you can probably tell from the title, features some excitement. But let's take it from the top. After some morning rain, she goes out looking for crabs under rocks. Meanwhile, the monkey roams about in the stream, perhaps bathing. And then...the dog cries for help! She runs around for a short while before finding him all wrapped up in a big snake. If you know Wild Beauty, you know what this means: there's snake on the menu tonight. Sure enough, moments later, she's skinned that thing and is washing it in preparation for some oven time. Meanwhile, the monkey is sprawled across the back of the dog, who seems to have shaken off his near-death experience. The crabs are cooking too, but the focus is on the snake; the monkey happily eats the meat, but the dog refuses, missing the chance to get the last laugh in with regards to his attacker. And then it's night and bedtime.
