impressions: Day 5 of the current adventure is upon us, and this 26-minute episode begins with her fashioning bird traps out of branches and fishing line, and setting them up. Meanwhile, the monkey finally rises from its slumber. Wild Beauty busies herself making a chair and then goes to check the traps...she's got a bird. After what I assume was a skipped span of time, she's got a bunch of little bird-corpses roasting over her fire, so it was a fruitful day of trapping for her (if not for the birds.) She just pours some hot sauce on the side and gets to work. The monkey likes bird meat, it turns out, but the dog refuses to try it.
