synopsis: This Youtube channel shares videos of a woman roaming the wilderness and building, killing, cooking, and eating things.
impressions: This 24-minute episode is part 12; you may recall that in the last episode, she was attempting to trap a wild boar in her spiked pit. Well, guess what? That part of the plotline seems to have been completely forgotten about here, because there's no mention of that situation. Instead, she builds a big crossbow out of bamboo and vines...and then sights it in and practices so that we know she's fully lethal. Night falls and she goes out hunting, which seems to involve some missed shots and a lot of running through the forest in the dark. No dog and monkey on this one. Eventually she finds a crocodile (which may have been sleeping) and shoots it! The thing must not be dead, though, because she beats it repeatedly with a large stick and also throws a bunch of rocks at it before it finally kicks the bucket. After that, the challenge is to drag the body back to base, which she manages to do with a lot of effort. Before long, she has a fire going and the monkey is playing and the dog is asleep between her knees and the dead croc just sits there. And we're still no closer to knowing what happened with the wild boar and trap from last time.
