impressions: This 33-minute episode brings us part 15 of the current adventure. As the monkey and dog play, Wild Beauty sits there and builds a functional speargun out of bamboo! I'm not making this up - it launches a nail-tipped shaft to a distance of a foot or two. I suspect this is going to be a frog-hunting tool later on. She also makes a quick basket out of bamboo leaves and then sets out into the night, headlamp on head and speargun in hand. And...I was wrong. It wasn't for frogs, it was for some sort of shrimp-looking things and also some tiny crab-like things. Plus one big fat fish. She returns to the house, and cooks/eats some of the things she caught. Then suddenly it's morning, which means a walk to the stream/pool and a bath. Nearby, the monkey plays in the shallow water, while the dog just lays there looking tired. Wild Beauty reappears in new, clean clothes and also launders her old ones in the water. Then it's time for lunch: fish, shrimp, crabs, vegetables, and seasonings all wrapped in leaves and accompanied by rice. The pets get to eat too and they seem to like it.
