Cowboy Bebop: The Movie

release year: 2001
genre: animated sci-fi/action
viewing setting: home Bluray 9/29/26

synopsis: This is basically a movie-length episode that deals with a lethal pathogen and the insane terrorist who plans to use it to kill everhone on Mars.

impressions: This allowed the series creators to have a full-length adventure; the crew of the Bebop figures out what's going on and tries to stop it, with the help of an agent from a pharmaceutical company. There is plenty of action, and also some funny parts (mostly involving the hacker kid and the dog and a pumpkin mask.)

acting: It's voice acting here, but it's very well-done.

final word: I'd consider this a longer episode from the main series; it would be nice if they'd make more.
